We want you to feel confident ordering from DH Herbal. Here's exactly how returns and refunds work.

Opened Products
Because DH VitalMax is a dietary supplement, we cannot accept returns on opened products for health and safety reasons.

When You're Eligible for a Refund
We'll issue a full refund if:
- You received the wrong item
- Your item arrived damaged
- Your shipment was lost in transit
- You cancel your order before it ships

How to Request a Refund
Email us or call, and please include:
- Your order number
- If applicable, a photo of the damaged or incorrect item

Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may still be eligible for a refund under the terms above.
